Philip Denette is an accomplished software developer with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as Software Developer In Test II at Accusoft since March 2017, Philip has also held roles as Software Developer In Test and Technical Support Representative. Prior to this, at BMC Software from January 2004 to June 2015, Philip was Manager of Technical Support, where responsibilities included building a team for US RemedyForce Support and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. Philip's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Technical Support Specialist for both Mobile Device Management and Track-It!, where team selection and training were key contributions. Philip began their career at CGI as a Senior Network Administrator, focusing on user administration, infrastructure monitoring, and desktop support. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tampa College and a high school diploma from Pittsfield High School.
