Zhiqiang Xia

Zhiqiang (Sam) Xia is an accomplished academic and entrepreneurship leader with extensive experience in higher education and program development. Currently serving as the Academic Director at Nanyang Technological University's Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur), Zhiqiang Xia has been instrumental in transforming entrepreneurship education in Southeast Asia. A notable figure in postgraduate education, Zhiqiang Xia has received several awards including the Commendation Medal from Singapore's National Day Award in 2019 and the Nanyang Award for Teamwork in 2006. Additionally, Zhiqiang Xia holds various roles such as Entrepreneurship Mentor at NTUpreneur and adjunct professor at multiple institutions. Zhiqiang Xia's educational background includes a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital from the University of Adelaide and an MBA in E-commerce from Nanyang Technological University, underscoring a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and innovation.
