Senior Director, Systemic Coaching at AceUp

Pratt Bennet is the current Senior Director of Systemic Coaching at AceUp. Prior to this, they were the Asst. Professor of Critical Thinking at Berklee College of Music from January 1997 to December 2020. There, they helped students from all over the world use advanced cognitive strategies to position themselves as change-agents in every field of the music industry. Pratt has also been a freelance career coach since 1991, helping thousands of people from dozens of countries seek enter new degree programs, apply for and get promotions in their existing companies, change careers, and start new businesses.

Pratt Bennet has a certification in teaching and learning strategies from Harvard University. Pratt also has a certification in executive coaching from the World Business & Executive Coach Summit/ Accelerating Coach Excellence. Additionally, they have a brain-based coaching certification from the Neuroleadership Institute. Bennet also holds a BA with honors in literature from Yale University and a high school diploma in literature from Concord Academy. Pratt has a certificate of completion in creating a culture of learning from the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI). Pratt Bennet is also certified by EMCC Global as a certified global coach and by the International Coaching Federation as an ICF member badge.

Pratt Bennet reports to Will Guillaume Foussier, CEO & Founder. They work with Pat Shreckengast - Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder, Wendy Situ - Revenue Operations Manager, and Rach Sebellshavit - VP, Coaching Impact.
