Jacki Sikora

Jacki Sikora, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Global HR Leader at ACI Worldwide where they currently serve as VP, Head of HR - Global Technology & Innovation. They have previously held senior human resources roles at companies including Diebold Nixdorf and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they contributed significantly to HR strategy and operations. Jacki's early experience in HR began with roles at GE Lighting and Swagelok, complemented by a foundation in hotel management education from The University of Akron. They have also developed training materials and improved processes throughout their career to enhance organizational efficiency.
