Sarah Whelan possesses extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Risk Management and Company Secretary at Acorn Life DAC since August 2016, Sarah Whelan also holds the position of Head of Risk at Ask Acorn since April 2024. Previously, Sarah Whelan worked at Wipro Ireland from November 2012 to October 2015 as the Head of Compliance, contributing as a member of the Senior Management Team and leading the Risk & Compliance Department. Earlier in the career, Sarah Whelan was the Risk Manager at St. Andrew's Group Ireland from March 2009 to November 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway and a Professional Certificate in Compliance from University College Dublin.
