Rowena M. de Leon

Rowena M. De Leon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in labor relations and employee management. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager of Labor Relations at Acquire BPO since October 2019, Rowena previously held pivotal roles at Harte-Hanks Phils. Inc. from May 2011 to October 2019, including Employee Relations and Compliance Manager and HRBP Manager. Rowena's expertise includes drafting HR policies, representing companies in NLRC hearings, coaching managers and employees, and enhancing employee engagement through various programs. Earlier in the career, Rowena worked as an Administrative Officer III at the National Labor Relations Commission from March 1999 to April 2011. Rowena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor of Laws from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
