Greg Hayes has extensive experience in asset management, currently serving as Managing Director of Asset Management at Exantas Capital Corp. since August 2020 and also holding the same title at ACRES Capital since 2015. Previously, Greg served as Vice President of Asset Management at UC Funds from June 2010 to April 2015 and worked as an Asset Manager at Potomac Realty Capital during a similar timeframe. Earlier in their career, Greg was a Project Manager at Suffolk Construction from June 2003 to February 2010. Greg Hayes holds a degree from Brown University, where studies were completed between 1996 and 2000, and is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, with attendance from 1993 to 1996.
