Halil Ucarer

Halil Ucarer is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Director of Investments and Head of the Khazanah Turkey Regional Office at Khazanah Nasional Berhad since July 2018. Ucarer has held various board positions, including member of the Board of Directors at ISG - Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport and Fajr Capital, as well as Board Observer roles at Acronis and Fine Hygienic Holding. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation and Manager of M&A Advisory at ÜNLÜ & Co. Ucarer holds dual MBA degrees in Finance & Strategy from The Wharton School and SDA Bocconi, as well as a BA in Economics from Koç University.
