Cynthia Gallo Lee

Cynthia Gallo Lee currently serves as the Director of Market Operations and previously held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Actalent since July 2021. Prior to this, Cynthia amassed extensive experience at Aerotek from January 2007 to January 2020, where roles included Director of Business Operations, Sales Manager for the Fairfax region, Practice Lead for Aerotek Architecture, Engineering & Construction, and Account Executive in the same field. Additionally, Cynthia started as an Account Manager and spent time as a Technical Recruiter, contributing to Aerotek's mission of supporting the AEC industry in hiring both short and long-term professionals.
