Rental Management:
We offer a pro-active management service, including quarterly inspections. The reports and associated photos are sent to our landlords for comment and further instructions. In addition, we pursue rental payments and go through the necessary legal process when required. We also do the routine administration, including paying City of Harare rates and liaising with Homeowners’ Associations regarding levies.
We have a team of 3 Property Managers.

Rental Introductions:
We can find you a tenant if you would prefer to manage the property yourself. We will visit your property, advise on the rental value, advertise, vet and draw up the Lease Agreement for you.

Homeowners’ Associations:
We manage and administer Homeowners’ Associations. This includes the administration and collection of levies, complex maintenance and payment of third party services. We currently manage the Homeowners’ Association at 51 Princess Drive, which is an executive complex of 14 townhouses in Newlands.
