Daniel Rubin

Daniel Rubin, CMCA, currently serves as a High-Rise General Manager at Action Property Management since February 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Portfolio Manager at FirstService Residential in California, where responsibilities included relationship management and oversight of multiple homeowners' associations. Daniel's extensive experience in the hospitality sector includes roles such as Manager and Bar Lead at notable establishments, including Rye Bar Inc., where revenue grew significantly through superior client service, and NOMMO, where a new bar and restaurant was successfully launched. Daniel’s background in operations includes collaborating on systems for high-volume cocktail bars at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Hard Water, emphasizing guest relations and product knowledge. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University.
