Mor Sidi

Mor Sidi is the Vice President of Operations at ActiveFence. Mor has an extensive background in business development and project management. Mor has initiated partnerships and developed large scale projects in the fields of transportation, energy and waste treatment.

Prior to joining ActiveFence, Mor was the Head of Operations at Zendrive from September 2016 to January 2020. At Zendrive, they oversaw all aspects of operations including customer success, product, and engineering.

Before Zendrive, Mor worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company where they initiated partnerships and developed large scale projects in the fields of transportation, energy and waste treatment.

From October 2011 to July 2014, Mor worked as a Business Development Manager at Shikun & Binui. In this role, they were responsible for initiating partnerships and developing large scale projects in the fields of transportation, energy and waste treatment.

From July 2010 to October 2011, Mor worked as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Finance in the Public-Private Projects and Infrastructure Division. In this role, they coordinated the $1B Jerusalem Light Rail Train Project (JLRT) during construction, completion and start of operations.

Prior to their work in the public sector, Mor worked as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at the National Institute For Testing And Evaluation from November 2008 to November 2010.

Mor began their career as a Product Manager in Unit 8200 of the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence from March 2003 to April 2007.

Mor Sidi received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mor then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Mor Sidi works with Eyal Dykan - President & Co-Founder, Zohar Cohen - Vice President, Delivery, and Michal Brand-Gold - Vice President, General Counsel. Mor Sidi reports to Noam Schwartz, CEO & Co-Founder.
