Phil Schneider

Phil Schneider is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Research and Development at ACV Auctions since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading teams to enhance the auction process for dealers sourcing wholesale vehicles. Previously, Phil held the position of President and CTO at La Salle Concepts from August 2015 to February 2022, focusing on aiding innovators in developing their ideas through various support services. Phil was also a Scholar Recipient at the Western New York Prosperity Fellowship from 2013 to February 2022, promoting economic growth and job creation in the region. Phil's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field, along with early research experience in microfluidics and an internship at Qualcomm's Research and Development Biometric Center of Excellence.
