Aimee Bartels

Aimee Bartels serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) since November 2025, while also operating as a Human Resources Consultant at Her HR Collective LLC since November 2019. Previously, Aimee held the role of Director of Human Resources at the YMCA of Central Kentucky from December 2019 to October 2025 and served in the same capacity at Community Ventures from October 2017 to November 2019. Aimee's earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Manager in various manufacturing organizations and as a Corporate Recruiter at Lexmark International, Inc. Aimee began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Generalist at L-3 Communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts/Human Resources from Georgetown College.
