Haoyuan Chen

Haoyuan Chen has a diverse work experience in software development and full stack development. In 2021, they worked as a Java Full Stack Developer at Mercury Systems, Inc. where they built a car rental web application using Spring framework for the backend and Angular10 for the front-end. Haoyuan also contributed to the backend of a document hyperlink module at Riverside County Office of Education. In 2022, they joined Workday Adaptive Planning as a Software Development Engineer II, working in the Grid Engine team. There, they enhanced the data structure, implemented various algorithms, and contributed towards reengineering the grid engine architecture to improve performance and response time of generating financial reports.

Haoyuan Chen pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence at Sun Yat-sen University from 2014 to 2018. Following this, from 2019 to 2020, Haoyuan enrolled in The Johns Hopkins University where they obtained a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
