Jim Lesko

Jim Lesko has held various roles throughout their work experience.

Jim began their career at Bullhorn in 2009, where they started as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they gathered information to handle customer software and technical issues, managed customer expectations, and collaborated with team members.

In 2010, Jim became a Mobile Sync Subject Matter Expert at Bullhorn. Jim educated the support team on mobile technology, acted as a liaison between support and product management/QA teams, and resolved difficult mobile issues.

From 2011 to 2013, Jim worked as a QA Analyst for Bullhorn Reach, writing and executing test plans and documenting bugs. Jim then transitioned to a QA Engineer role from 2013 to 2015, attending daily scrum meetings, reviewing product specifications, and collaborating with developers and product managers.

In 2015, Jim became a Technical Product Manager at Bullhorn, where they were responsible for defining and delivering key product features. Jim worked closely with their Scrum team, providing direction and guidance based on their in-depth product knowledge.

Jim joined Salsify in 2016, initially working as a Senior Customer Champion. Jim managed Salsify's largest and strategic accounts, driving their success through consultation, understanding of their strategies and goals, and deep knowledge of the ecommerce landscape.

In 2019, Jim was promoted to Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Salsify, where they mentored and advised the Enterprise/Global Customer Champion pod and led conversations about winning on the digital shelf.

In 2021, Jim transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Salsify. Jim continued to oversee their book of business and provided support to customers.

Jim's most recent position is as a Senior Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Workday Adaptive Planning, where they currently work. Additional details about this role were not provided.

Jim Lesko earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College. Jim also obtained a certification in PIM Proficiency from Salsify in February 2021.
