Diego del Carril

Diego del Carril is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Since August 2011, Diego has served as Director de Recursos Humanos at Adecoagro, previously holding the position of Gerente Recursos Humanos, focusing on areas including recruitment, development, employee benefits, and labor relations. Prior roles include Director Ejecutivo at Hacer Crecer and Master Planner at SC Johnson Wax, as well as Finished Goods Planner at Gillette Argentina. Diego holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and has furthered expertise through executive programs in human resources at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and coaching studies at Newfield Consulting.
