Heidi Mahoney

Heidi Mahoney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales compensation and rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Global Sales Compensation at adidas since November 2018. In this role, Mahoney develops and manages global sales compensation strategies and tools. Prior to adidas, Mahoney held various positions at Legacy Health from 2012 to 2018, including Manager of Population Health Operations & Services and Program Manager for the Population Health Services Organization, focusing on strategic design and implementation of population health initiatives. Mahoney also worked at Providence Health & Services from 2008 to 2011 in roles including Medicare & Individual Sales Operations and Patient Relations. Educational credentials include a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Management from the University of Portland.
