Pierre-Alain Caillaut

Pierre-Alain Caillaut is currently the Vice-President of Engineering EMEA at Adient, a position held since October 2014. In this role, Pierre-Alain oversees engineering operations across the EMEA region. Previously, Pierre-Alain served as the Vice-President of the Commercial Group at Adient, managing key accounts such as PSA Group, FCA, and HKMC. As Customer Group Director, Pierre-Alain led a team of 80 in the French OEM front office, managing a global account with annual sales of €350 million. Earlier career experiences include serving as Platform Director at Adient and Yanfeng Johnson Controls, as well as at Johnson Controls Automotive. Educational background includes a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, completed between 1992 and 1995.
