Sheela Ginwala

Sheela Ginwala is an accomplished executive support professional with extensive experience in high-level administrative roles. Currently serving as the Executive Secretary to the CEO of the Carbon Black Business at Aditya Birla Group since July 2003, Sheela also supports the Directors of Chemicals and Group H.R. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Secretary to the CEO at Nicholas Piramal India Ltd from January 1996 to December 2002 and holding the position of Section Head in the Personnel Department at GlaxoSmithKline from April 1980 to December 1995, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and personnel administration. Sheela holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
