Tim van Biesen

Tim van Biesen is a distinguished leader in the healthcare and life sciences sector, serving as Chairman of Bain & Company's global Healthcare & Life Sciences practice since 2004. As a Senior Partner at Bain's New York office, Tim specializes in providing actionable insights for critical decisions in strategy, operations, technology, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to roles at Bain, Tim holds positions on the boards of Ncardia and adMare BioInnovations, and serves as an Advisory Board Member for Hero. Tim is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Greenwich Academy. Prior experience includes principal roles at Strategic Decisions Group and AbbVie, as well as research contributions at Duke University Medical Center. Tim's academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a PhD, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta.
