Duane Carter

Duane Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Camden County College in Blackwood, New Jersey. Mr. Carter has many years of extensive experience in the security industry with specific experience in the areas of; healthcare safety and security, casino and hotel security, and retail and transportation security. Mr. Carter joined ADM Security Solutions through the acquisition of Sterling Protective Services, since 2014, he was Regional Manager over the Austin and surrounding areas for Sterling Protective. Following the acquisition of Sterling, he will serve as the Regional Manager of the Austin branch. Mr. Carter’s professional experience combined with his respectful and personable customer service capabilities, especially aligns him with the ADM Security Solutions’ mission. His responsibilities include all operations, hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of all security personnel. Mr. Carter is in the field leading our security personnel and creating positive accountability for members of our Austin team.
