Gill Glendinning

Gill Glendinning is a highly experienced sales strategy and operations leader, currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at Adobe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gill held various leadership positions at TIBCO from January 2014 to February 2023, including Vice President of Global Revenue Operations, where significant contributions were made to the company's growth through handling over 20 acquisitions and driving key transformation objectives during TIBCO's acquisition by Vista Private Equity. Additionally, Gill excelled as Vice President of International Revenue Operations, implementing global processes, negotiating strategic partnerships, and creating data-driven reporting dashboards. Early in the career, Gill was Senior Director of Sales Operations EMEA, where complex licensing contracts were negotiated, and high-value sales operations processes were designed and implemented. Gill holds an MBA in Change Management from Heriot-Watt University and a HITB in Hotel Management from the Hotel School in Durban, South Africa.
