Jermaine Leow

Jermaine Leow (ACMA/CGMA) is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at ADP since September 2025, Jermaine excels in spearheading forecasts, enhancing reporting capabilities, and collaborating with regional leadership to provide actionable financial insights. Previously, as Finance Manager for EMEA at iRobot, Jermaine played a pivotal role in managing regional P&Ls and supporting sales teams with financial analyses. Past experience includes senior finance roles at Canon (UK), where Jermaine partnered with sales divisions, and foundational finance positions at Priory Group, G4S, Surrey County Council, and Volt (Europe).
