Joshua Cislo

Joshua Cislo has extensive work experience in the engineering and product development field. Joshua has held various managerial roles, including Director of Product Development at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. and Product Engineering Manager at Carrier Transicold. In these positions, they led cross-functional teams, managed project scope and budgets, and identified innovative ideas and technologies to enhance products. Joshua also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. and as a Tire Design and Development Engineer at Maxxis International. Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated a strong ability to drive financial growth and deliver results.

Joshua Cislo completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2006. Joshua is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the same university, expected to be completed by 2022.
