Aashay Naik is an Engineer II at Advanced Energy since November 2021. Previously, Aashay held the position of Engineer II - Power Supply Design at DISH Network from June 2018 to November 2021 and worked as a PV Design and Engineering Co-Op at Independent Power Systems between June 2017 and April 2018. Aashay has experience in designing engineered solar photovoltaic systems, including all associated components and providing technical support for design and proposal preparation. Aashay began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the Solar Energy Research Centre while studying at Vellore Institute of Technology, where a focus on power electronics and renewable energy applications was developed. Aashay earned a Master's degree in Power Electronics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
