Jill has over 25 years of experience in the field of finance and has worked for companies such as Motorola, Freescale Semiconductor, and AMD. Jill has a wealth of experience in managing compensation programs and designing strategies that drive pay-for-performance transparency. Jill is a strong advocate for pushing decision making and accountability to managers and local HR teams in order to drive holistic decision making that takes all aspects of compensation into account.
