Neelima Ratnaparkhi

Neelima Ratnaparkhi is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience at leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD since September 2024, Neelima previously held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at SiFive from September 2022 to August 2024. Prior to this, Neelima worked at Arm as a Staff Engineer from June 2017 to August 2022. Neelima's career began at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where various roles were held from April 2005 to May 2017, including Scientist D, Scientist C, and Scientist B. Neelima holds a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Science, obtained from 2008 to 2010.
