Andre Chartier

Andre Chartier began their career in 2015 as a Wellness Coach at YMCA of the USA. In 2018, they joined ADVANO as an Associate Engineer, primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pouch cell laboratory, with a focus on design, fabrication and testing of pouch cells containing novel silicon materials. Andre was also responsible for plotting and analyzing electrochemical data as feedback to the R&D team, and was cross trained in slurry design and coating, while assisting in research and testing of new binders. Additionally, they held two internships at ADVANO in Cell Assembly and Material Processing.

Andre Chartier attended the University of New Orleans from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Chemistry.
