Ashok Jedhe

Ashok Jedhe possesses extensive experience in the agricultural industry, specializing in vegetable seeds across Asia and Africa. As the Sub Regional Head at Advanta Seeds from March 2018 to November 2022, Ashok led the global vegetable seed business with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Ashok served as Business Head for Vegetable Seeds in South Asia, overseeing P&L management. Ashok's career at Syngenta from May 2001 to March 2018 included several key roles, notably as APAC Portfolio Manager for Solanacea crops, focusing on portfolio development and business management in alignment with strategic objectives. Additional roles at Syngenta included Crop Marketing Manager for South Asia and various sales management positions. Prior to Syngenta, Ashok was a Marketing Officer at Corteva Agriscience, where responsibilities included demand generation and sales forecasting. Ashok holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Science degree in Agronomy from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth.
