Katelyn Craine

Katelyn Craine is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Advent since March 2022, Katelyn advises global executives on leadership effectiveness and organizational capability, while leading the design of Advent's global leadership program. Previously, at HubSpot, Katelyn directed a comprehensive people strategy for over 5,000 employees, focusing on integrating inclusion practices throughout the employee lifecycle. Katelyn also held various HR roles at Northeastern University, contributing to talent management and professional development initiatives. Katelyn holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Catholic University of America.
