Nancy Droker MBA-HM, BSN, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and emergency services. Currently serving as Clinical Resource Manager at AdventHealth since 2019, Nancy previously held the role of Service Line Senior Manager and Assistant Director. Prior to this, Nancy worked at Florida Hospital from February 2007 to January 2019 as Assistant Nurse Manager in Emergency Services. Academically, Nancy earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Daytona State College.
