Freddy Canizales

Freddy Canizales is an experienced professional in the power and solar energy sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer and Senior Solar Solution Architect for Schneider Electric since July 2014. His responsibilities include mastering specifications of various solutions, providing solution architectures, and supporting sales teams to influence customer decisions. Previously, Freddy held the position of Technical Director for Latin America Solar SBU at AEG Power Solutions, leading market analysis and product development for solar inverters and monitoring systems. Freddy's career also includes roles such as Senior Product Manager and Technical Marketing Director, along with extensive experience at Saft Power Systems, Bobitrans, and Alcatel Converters France. Freddy holds a Ph.D. in Power Electronics from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, complemented by advanced degrees in microwaves and electronics.
