Rebecca S.

Rebecca S. has extensive experience in leadership and talent development, currently serving as Sr. Director of Learning & Development at AEG Vision since January 2013. Throughout the tenure at AEG Vision, Rebecca has also held positions as Regional Director for the East/Southeast region and District Manager. In addition, Rebecca founded GLUE- Consulting for Engaged Employees, where services were provided from June 2017 to December 2022. Prior to AEG Vision, Rebecca worked as Regional Talent Manager and District Manager at Crown Vision Center from January 2013 to March 2018. Rebecca S. holds a Senior HR Manager Certification (SHRM) obtained from Washington University in St. Louis between 2016 and 2017.
