Lou Hall

Lou Hall is currently the SVP, Brinderson/Energy Services Special Projects at Aegion. Prior to this role, Lou was the SVP Operations Southwest Region at Aegion Corporation from December 2017 to December 2018. In this role, Lou was responsible for leading all operations in the Southwest Region, which included full P&L performance for a $200M region covering the Los Angeles basin, California Central Valley and Utah. Lou's work in this region consisted of maintenance, turnaround and construction in oil refineries and oil fields and involved three core companies: Schultz Industrial, Brinderson and Allsafe Services. Lou's direct reports in this role included company Vice Presidents, turnaround manager, safety manager, quality manager and project services manager.

From January 2019 to February 2021, Lou was the SVP Brinderson and AllSafe Services. In this role, Lou was a member of the Executive Leadership Team leading all non-union operations after successful conversion to a double-breasted organization. Lou's responsibilities in this role included full P&L performance and growth of Brinderson and Allsafe Services across the West Coast footprint. Lou's direct reports in this role included three Regional General Managers, safety manager, quality manager and project services manager.

Lou Hall graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration.

Lou Hall reports to Rob Tullman, Chief Executive Officer. Lou Hall works with Jennifer Koenig - Vice President, Human Resources & Infrastructure Solutions, John Heggemann - Senior Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, and Tammi Wall - Director of HR Operations.
