Harm-Zwier Medendorp

Harm-Zwier Medendorp has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and investment industry. Harm-Zwier is currently working at Aegon Asset Management as the Strategy Lead MM Real Assets, focused on creating future-proof real estate portfolios for institutional clients. Previously, they were the Strategy Lead Alternative Investments at Aegon, where they built non-listed real estate and private market portfolios.

In addition, Harm-Zwier has also been involved with the CFA Society VBA Netherlands as a member and Chairman of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee. Harm-Zwier has also worked at TKP Investments as the Head of Alternative Investments and as a Portfolio Manager in real estate investments. Prior to that, they had a role as an Analyst and Control and Information Analyst at TKP Investments.

Harm-Zwier's work experience also includes an internship at JLL. Throughout their career, they have been a speaker, panelist, and round table participant, contributing their expertise to various industry discussions.

Harm-Zwier Medendorp has a Master's degree in Bedrijfseconomie from the University of Groningen, which was completed from 1996 to 2000. Harm-Zwier also obtained a Master's degree in Register BeleggingsAnalist (VBA) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2002 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Harm-Zwier Medendorp obtained the DSI Adviseren Beleggen Institutioneel certification from DSI in 2018.
