Mr. Saibal Ghosh is the Chief Investments Officer at Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited. Prior to joining Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Ghosh assumed the responsibility as Chief Investment Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Ghosh has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets starting his career as a Management Trainee with Sahara India financial Corporation Limited. He has always been involved in Fund management and has extensive experience in both Fixed Income and Equity Market.

Mr. Ghosh is a Post Graduate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISW&BM) with majors in Finance.

Saibal Ghosh

Ms Sunita Rath is the Chief People Officer at [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd). She brings with her a rich experience of close to 25 years in the BFSI, IT and Mining sector. Before joining [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd) Insurance Company Limited she worked as Executive Director, Global Head of HR and India Head of HR for Technology Division at Nomura Services Pvt. Ltd, responsible for Strategic Human Capital Management and improving the Organizational Effectiveness by aligning the employees and systems with business objectives and organizational culture.

Sunita holds an M. Phil. (PM & IR) – Training & Development & M. A. (PM & IR) degree from the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.

Sunita Rath

Mr. Ramaswamy Gopalkrishnan is the key member of the core team that co-founded the pioneering venture – Brand Capital, in 2005. Today Brand Capital has a deployable corpus of USD 2.2 Billion through investments made across industries in over 700 companies, many of which have seen tremendous success.

He is a certified Chartered Accountant and also a Company Secretary. He also successfully completed ISB-Kellog Global Advanced Management Programme held at ISB, Hyderabad Campus and Kellogg, Evanston Campus. With over 25 years of rich experience in M&As and Investment Banking in companies like J M Financial & Investment Consultancy Ltd, [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank), [Aditya Birla Group](/org/aditya-birla-group) and Brand Capital, Ramaswamy brings forth a deep understanding of deal structuring, corporate finance and corporate laws. His various abilities and solution oriented approach has seen him play myriad roles in process-building and crisis-management across companies.

His key notable achievements across a varied career include advising a South India business group on their successful hostile take-over of a listed company and executing the listing of shares of Birla Global Finance. Ramaswamy was also a pivotal member of [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank)’s M&A and Takeovers division.

He has also been a key member of the Senior Management team and worn several hats over the last decade. These include being one of the longest serving members of the Brand Capital Investment Committee – the core team that takes final investment calls for every deal brought to the table. He heads nationally, the real-estate arm of Brand Capital which has seen good growth over the years and is quite stable among Brand Capital’s various business divisions. He also leads the legal and deal structuring team for all business divisions within Brand Capital.

Ramaswamy Gopalkrishnan

Srinidhi Shama Rao is Chief Strategy Officer at Aegon Life. Srinidhi has over 18 years of consulting experience working across industries, functions and geographies; most recently as Head of Innovation at The Math Company. In this role, he helped Fortune500 companies take better decisions using Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Behavioral Economics, Design Thinking, Game Theory, Systems Thinking and other tools.

Prior to The Math Company, Srinidhi has worked with companies such as MuSigma and TCS, amongst others. His area of interest and career focus is the science and art of decision making. Srinidhi has completed his B.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal and MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA.

Mr. Kamlesh Gupta is the Appointed Actuary at [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd). He brings with him a rich experience of more than 16 years in the Insurance sector. Prior to joining [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd) Insurance Company Limited he worked as Head - Actuarial Valuation at Aditya Birla Sun Life, responsible for Statutory Valuation and Reporting, Shareholder Reporting, Actuarial Modelling, Business Planning, Reinsurance Administration
etc.

Kamlesh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and Fellowship from Institute of Actuaries of India.

Kamlesh Gupta

Educated in Ireland, Pat is a Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and also holds the CFA designation. He commenced his career in the pension industry and worked for both Arthur Andersen and [Willis Towers Watson](/org/willis-towers-watson) in Dublin.

Pat joined [Aegon](/org/aegon)’s Institutional Markets business in Ireland in 2006 as Associate Director of Product Development and Risk Management and spent the next two years in the US arm of the Institutional business. He subsequently moved to The Netherlands and spent two periods totaling almost 5 years in Corporate Centre in The Hague in a variety of different areas including risk management, actuarial and reinsurance. During the intervening period, Pat was CRO & Appointed Actuary in [Aegon](/org/aegon)’s India business and member of the local management team (2012 to 2015). Most recently he was CRO Holdings, Management Board member of Blue Square Re and global project lead to meet the requirements arising out of [Aegon](/org/aegon)’s designation as a Global Systemically Important Insurer.

Starting May 2017, Pat changed roles to become Chief Financial Officer of [Aegon](/org/aegon) Asia. In this role, he leads the finance, actuarial, investment and risk management areas of [Aegon](/org/aegon) Asia.  He is based in Hong Kong.

Patrick Curtin

Manish Falor is currently the CFO at [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd). Manish has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd), they were the Manager of Assurance at Price Waterhouse for over five years. Manish has also worked as part of the audit team at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

Manish Falor is a chartered accountant who has specialized in accounts, audit, tax, and corporate laws. Manish is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Manish also has a degree in cost and works accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. In addition, they have a B.Com degree in financial accounting and economics from Jai Hindu jobs. Finally, they have completed their 12th grade in bio and maths from the BSF Sr Secondary School.

Manish Falor

Mr. Satishwar Balakrishnan is the Principal Officer at Aegon Life. He brings with him a rich experience of close to two decades in the Insurance and Finance Industry. His recent assignment has been with IndiaFirst Life and prior to that he has worked with Reliance life and ICICI Prudential. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University.

Satishwar Balakrishnan

Mr. Sundaram is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has been with the Times of India group for over 20 years and has diversified experience in the areas of Finance, M & A, marketing & selling and business development.

In the initial part of his tenure spanning 15 years in the finance department, Mr Sundaram has handled various aspects of the finance function including MIS, taxation etc. During the finance tenure he has played a pivotal role in the various forays of the group which include businesses such as Times Bank, Times Internet Limited, the radio broadcasting business, the magazine business JV with BBC etc.

In early 2005, Mr Sundaram moved to a business role and set up the latest innovation from the Times group stable Times Private Treaties which he currently heading as the CEO. He has been instrumental in establishing Times Private Treaties as the fast growing business of the Times group which currently contributes 15% of the topline of each of the media vertical of the Times group. He also works very closely with Mr Samir Jain in ideating, incubating and implementing ideas for the BCCL groups media business.

Sivakumar Sundaram

Mr. Nani Javeri has over 42 years of experience in Financial Services Industry. He served as CEO of Bank Sohar in Oman from 2006-2009 and Birla Sun Life Insurance in India from 2002-2006. Prior to joining Birla Sun Life Insurance, Mr. Javeri spent 32 years with Grindlays Bank in various capacities in India, London and Melbourne. At Grindlays Bank he pioneered Private Banking in India. He had also been associated with Oman International Bank in Oman and Times Bank Ltd in India. During his tenure Birla Sun Life was awarded as Best Insurance Company by Outlook in 2004 and among best five life insurance companies in Asia for 2004 by Asian Insurance Review.



Nani Javeri

Born in Kolkata, India, in 1975, Sumanta Ghosh has always been interested in technology. After completing their undergraduate studies in computer science at the University of Calcutta, they began their career as a developer designer at CMC LTD in 2000. In 2003, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a technical architect, where they worked for 10 years. In 2013, they moved to Orga Systems as a system architect, and then to [Redknee](/org/redknee) as a principal architect in 2015. Sumanta is currently the head of technology at [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd). Throughout their career, Ghosh has been recognized for their innovative thinking and their ability to create efficient, high-performing systems.

Sumanta Ghosh completed their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Software Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from Asutosh College Kolkata. Sumanta also has a certification from The Open Group in Togaf Foundation.

Sumanta Ghosh

Ketul Patel is currently the Head of Risk at [Aegon Life](/org/aegon-life-insurance-company-ltd). Prior to that, they were with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. for 11 years, where they were first the Zonal Manager for Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and Orissa, and then the Head of Internal Audit. Under their leadership, the company's turnover grew to more than Rs. 6,000 crores. Ketul is an expert in risk-based audits and has helped reduce the company's dependency on branch audits from 80% to 40%.

Ketul Patel has a background in insurance, accounts and audit, and cost accounting and audit. Ketul is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. Ketul also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University.

He has worked across Oil & Gas (12 years - [Reliance](/org/reliance-steel-aluminum-co), Kentz & Cairn Energy), Life Insurance (11 years - AMP Sanmar, ICICI Prudential Life and Bharti AXA). He currently runs CFO Bridge LLP for the past 4 years.

In his stint as CFO of Bharti AXA Life for 5 years, he helped build a world class finance department from scratch and also successfully lobby for tax and other regulatory reforms is his career highlight.

Srini has the proven ability to partner business in key strategic and functional leadership roles across multiple industries viz. Oil & Gas, Insurance, Technology, Start-ups and PE domains. He built finance teams for MNCs, together with a keen interest and disposition towards entrepreneurship, business incubation and mentoring start-ups.

Today he is an entrepreneur himself and has founded two companies: CFO Bridge LLP and ELearning Services Private Limited.

Mr. N Kumar is the Vice Chairman of The Sanmar Group, a multinational US $ 1 billion conglomerate headquartered in Chennai, India with manufacturing facilities in India, the US, Mexico, and Egypt. The Group is engaged in key business sectors - Chemicals (including Speciality Chemicals), Engineering (Products and Steel Castings) and Shipping.

As a spokesman of Industry and Trade, Mr. Kumar had been a President of CII and participated in other apex bodies. He presently chairs the CII Institute of Quality, Bangalore. Mr. Kumar is the Chairman of National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies, which is a constituent of [Quality Council of India](/org/quality-council-of-india). He is also a member of the Board of Governors of Institute for Financial Management & Research.

Mr. N Kumar is on the Board of various public companies and carries with him over four decades of experience in the spheres of Electronics, Telecommunications, Chemicals, Engineering, Technology, Management and Finance.

Mr. Kumar has a wide range of public interests going beyond the confines of corporate management in areas of health, social welfare, education and sports. He is the Chairman of Madhuram Narayanan Centre for Exceptional Children and Managing Trustee of The Indian Education Trust which runs two Schools.

He is the Honorary Consul General of Greece in Chennai. He is also the President of the Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

An an Electronics Engineering Graduate from Anna University, Chennai and a fellow member of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, he is also a fellow life member of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. Curtis Chen joined [Aegon](/org/aegon) in March of 2017 as the Head of Business Development and Strategy.  This was a newly created role created in order to accelerate the development of new innovative business models and formation of ecosystem partnerships in the region.  Curtis is a member of the Executive Team reporting to the CEO of [Aegon](/org/aegon) International.  He has been working in Asia for 24 years across a variety of senior executive roles in financial services.  Prior to joining [Aegon](/org/aegon), Curtis served as Managing Director and Head of Strategy for ANZ Bank’s International and Institutional Division, a $7.5 billion business spanning 23 markets in Asia Pacific.  There he undertook a major digital disruption initiative for the retail bank starting in India with an ecosystem partnership and a branchless banking model.  He also led ANZ entry into Thailand and Myanmar and guided a 300 MM/Year divisional capital allocation process.  Curtis has also worked at ABN AMRO Bank both as Head of FIG Coverage and as MD of Strategy and Corporate Development, where he led 2 control acquisitions and formed 3 equity JVs.  He started working in Asia in 1996 for Aetna International, Inc as they expanded into ASEAN markets.  Prior to that Curtis worked for 7 years in New York for Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Jitin Parekh

He began his career with accountants Coopers & Lybrand/Van Dien. Mr. Keim has also worked for aircraft manufacturer Fokker Aircraft and NS Reizigers, part of the Dutch railway company, NS Group.
