Ken Spink

Ken Spink is the current VP of Finance & CFO at Aehr Test Systems. Prior to their current position, Spink was with Applied Materials from February 1999 to December 2007 where they served as the Corporate Accounting Manager. While at Applied Materials, Spink participated in Internal Business Control Task Force and SOX404 assessment, provided policy guidance and GAAP interpretation, and supported the Corporate Business Development acquisition integration activities.

Spink began their career in 1993 as the Corporate Accounting Manager at McGrath RentCorp where they worked until 1999 when they joined Applied Materials.

Ken Spink attended college at Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics, where they obtained their BS in Accounting and Finance.
