Aisling Hassell

Aisling Hassell is the Chief Executive Officer at Dāha Wellness, a role commenced in January 2024, focused on fostering transformative wellness within communities. Currently, Aisling serves as the Fundraising Chair for United World College and as a Non-Executive Board Member for Aer Lingus. Additionally, Aisling holds the position of Strategic Advisor at MASV.com and previously advised &Cuevas, a company dedicated to scaling sustainable operations for internet startups. Aisling's extensive experience at Airbnb included leadership over global operations and customer experience, particularly as Head of Global CX. Earlier roles include Director of Global Customer Experience at Sage, Group Head of Customer Experience at Vodafone, Principal at CX Matters LLC, and VP of Customer Experience and Online at Symantec. Aisling's educational background consists of an MSc in Fluid Dynamics and a BA, BAI in Mechanical and Manufacturing from Trinity College Dublin, as well as an International Baccalaureate from the United World College of the Atlantic.
