Amy Buczko is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global HR operations and organizational culture. Currently serving as the VP of HR Operations at Aeris IoT SaaS, Amy has previously held prominent roles including VP of Global HR Operations at Circana and Director of Human Resources at IRI. Amy's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, employee experience, and process improvements for various organizations, including the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and Cornerstone Restaurant Group. Holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from DePaul University, Amy demonstrates a strong educational background in English and Public Service.
