Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in telecom and IoT solutions. Currently serving as Vice President - Global Technical Support at Aeris Communications since November 2018, Gaurav oversees NOC operations and Tier-1 customer support worldwide. Previously, Gaurav held positions at Aircel, including Regional CTO for Central Region and various Circle Network Head roles, where significant advancements in 2G and 3G network deployments were achieved. Gaurav's career commenced at Instrumentation Limited, serving as a Senior Engineer, and has since included leadership roles at Comptel Communication and LogicaCMG. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a PGDFM in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
