Matt Lesher

Matt Lesher has extensive experience in operational leadership within the staffing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Aerotek since March 2022, Matt previously held roles including Director of Regional Operations at Aerotek and Director of Operations at Actalent. With a foundational career that began in December 2000 at Aerotek as Director of Business Operations, Matt has contributed significantly to the growth of the organization. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, alongside a year of study in Economics, Management, and Marketing at Keele University. Matt's educational background also includes a high school diploma in History from Edmond Memorial.
