Justin Yackoski

Justin Yackoski is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Cybersecurity at AV since October 2025, Yackoski previously held the position of Director of Cybersecurity Operations and Principal Scientist at BlueHalo from September 2021 to October 2025. Yackoski's career also includes roles as Principal Scientist at Intelligent Automation, Inc., Chief Technology Officer at CryptoniteNXT, and Lecturer at the University of Maryland. Yackoski began the professional journey in cybersecurity as a Program Manager at Intelligent Automation, Inc. and a Developer at Payment Technologies, Inc. Yackoski holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from Messiah College.
