Teresa Sebastian

Teresa Sebastian, NACD.DC serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Dominion Asset Group since July 2015, leading the firm's investment strategy and due diligence efforts. Sebastian is also a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Kaiser Aluminum and The AES Corporation, where leadership roles include chairing the Compensation Committee and previously chairing the Governance Committee. Additional board experience includes Terminix and Juul Labs, where Sebastian chaired the Audit Committee. As an educator, Sebastian lectures on corporate compliance and risk management at various universities, including the University of Michigan and Vanderbilt University. Academic credentials include an LL.M in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University and a JD from Michigan State University College of Law, supported by an MBA in Finance and a BGS in Sociology from the University of North Florida and University of Michigan, respectively.
