The current executive team at AES has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. Many on the team have worked their way up through the ranks of AES, starting in various financial positions before eventually becoming CEOs or Presidents. Others come from law or political backgrounds, giving the team a well-rounded perspective on how to approach the various challenges that come with running a major corporation.
