Chris Dean

Chris Dean has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and training sectors, currently serving as the Director of Technical Training and Group International Training Manager at AESSEAL since January 2003. In this role, Chris develops and delivers training focused on mechanical seal and pump reliability for a global audience of employees and customers, aiming to enhance sales force capabilities through knowledge transfer. Previously, Chris worked as a Sales Engineer for A. W. Chesterton Company from March 1993 to January 2003, specializing in distributor management and technical sales. Chris holds a City & Guilds degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warrington Technical College and completed education at Beamont Technical School.
