James Salitan

James Salitan is the current General Counsel, Legal & Compliance at Aetion. Prior to this, they served as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary of the Board at Crux Informatics from November 2019 to January 2022. James was also the VP & Associate General Counsel at IQVIA from April 1997 to October 2019, and a Senior Associate at McCarter & English, LLP from September 1993 to March 1997.

James Salitan graduated from Tenafly High School with the highest academic honors. James then attended Wesleyan University and graduated with a BA in economics with honors. After that, they attended The George Washington University Law School and obtained their JD. James Salitan also has an executive MBA from the London Business School in corporate finance/M&A executive education, as well as an executive MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in advanced negotiation. In addition, they have a certification from the State Bar of New York and New Jersey in admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
