Jonatan Ginzburg

Jonatan Ginzburg is a seasoned professional in the field of optical systems and hardware engineering with extensive experience in leading teams and projects. Currently serving as the Lidar Characterization Team Manager at Aeva since June 2023, Jonatan oversees software and quality assurance initiatives as well as system design verification and validation. Prior to this role, Jonatan held several positions at Meta, including HW Engineering Manager, where leadership focused on the development of high-performance VCSEL arrays, and Depth and Camera Module Lead, driving the productization of 3D sensor modules. Experience also includes serving as an Optical Systems Engineer at Facebook, a Senior Physicist at Pebbles Interfaces, a Physicist at OCLARO and Sarin Technologies, and a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University. Jonatan earned a PhD in Experimental Physics from Tel Aviv University.
