Jennifer Kuhn

Jennifer Kuhn has over 20 years of work experience in various HR leadership roles. Jennifer is currently the Head of People Operations at Affect Therapeutics since March 2022. Prior to that, they were an HR Leader at StartupExperts, an invite-only community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders, where they focused on building relationships and giving support to peers. From January 2020 to May 2021, Jennifer served as the Director of Talent and Culture Development at Clarion | A Life Sciences Consultancy, providing strategic leadership and operational support in HR functions. Jennifer also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management from April 2018 to December 2019, where they established their HR department and implemented various HR services and programs. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay from July 2013 to April 2018, where they provided strategic HR leadership and support to the organization. Jennifer previously held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Manager of Special Events at the same organization. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Director of Development at Horizons for Homeless Children and as a Portfolio Administrator at The Colony Group.

Jennifer Kuhn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from Elon University. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in November 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2009.
