Affect appoints Jen Dobrzelecki Senior Vice President
Public relations agency Affect has named Jen Dobrzelecki as Senior Vice President, with immediate effect. Ms. Dobrzelecki will report to Affect president and founder Sandra Fathi, bringing her expertise in growing brands and storytelling through effective communications campaigns.
“Jen is an accomplished and admired PR leader who also has the hustle and grit that we value at Affect. She is joining the company at an opportune time to help us elevate our team and our work on behalf of our clients,” said Ms. Fathi. “In the past few months, we’ve helped our clients navigate this extraordinarily difficult period - grappling with the pandemic, the economic fallout and a political and cultural awakening in corporate America. Yet, in spite of all of these challenges, we have managed to keep our team fully intact, grow Affect's business quarter over quarter in 2020 and help position our clients for recovery and success in 2021. With the help of Jen’s experience and leadership, we look forward to continued growth and expansion in the coming year.”
Ms. Dobrzelecki has more than 20 years of experience managing communications programs for leading global brands. She most recently founded and led the New York officer for Lewis Global Communications, and has had leadership positions at M&C Saatchi PR, Golin and CKPR.
“Affect has always had a stellar reputation in the industry. Joining the team is a tremendous opportunity for me to jump in and lend my expertise to help grow the agency alongside strong senior leaders,” said Ms. Dobrzelecki. “I look forward to fostering new business opportunities, expanding the agency’s international reach through the With Global Alliance, providing mentorship to employees and counsel to Affect’s impressive roster of clients.”
